- Guam Premier Outlets: Temporary Hours – Open Daily from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm.

- Tumon Sands Plaza
- Guam Memorial Hospital: All visitation has been suspended, effective immediately. GMHA acknowledges this will be difficult for families, but the measures have
been put in place for the safety of the GMHA patients, staff and the wider local community. - Guam Regional Medical City: Visitation is suspended. GRMC’s specialty services unit remains open for new and follow up appointments and outpatient procedures are also being provided. The rehabilitation department will resume seeing patients. Patients requiring less urgent follow up will be contacted and offered a telehealth visit option which allows them to not come in. Outpatients who require assistance will be allowed one companion. Anyone entering the hospital will need to wear a mask and be pre-screened.
- The U.S. Renal Care Dialysis Centers remain open.
- FHP Health Center has temporarily suspended non-essential servic
es to adhere to the Governor’s directive of mobilizing only essential department and staff. Effective today, Medical / Urgent Care Department hours of operation will be 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Dental and Vision departments will be temporarily suspending routine visits and will have on call provider and staff to attend to urgent issues. For inquires call, 646-5825 extension #8174 - TakeCare offices in Tamuning at the Baltej Pavilion, Philippines and Saipan, will be closed until further notice. Members are advised to call Customer Service, 647-3526, with questions. For Medical Referral inquiries, please call TakeCare MRS: (671) 300-5995. Medical Providers are advised to email tc.provider@
takecareasia.com with inquiries. - NetCare Life and Health Insurance Company Customer Service Center located at the Julale Center remains closed until further notice. Customers and providers requiring assistance such as eligibility verification, enrollment status, billing, off-island referrals may call 472-3610.
- Guam Medical Care LLC will remain open. Operating hours are adjusted. All patients will require screening and temperature checks before entering the facility. Call 647-4174 for further instructions.
- SDA clinic: Patients with symptoms, such as cough, runny nose, fever, sore throat, difficulty breathing, etc., will be redirected to an outdoor screening/treatment area, where they will be evaluated and treated in their vehicles. Visit website for new hours of operation.
- Harmon Loop Dental: Closed through through April 12. Expect to resume clinic hours on April 13. For emergencies contact 637-9696 or 637-0023.
- ExpressCare Hagatna and Micronesia Mall locations are open from 9 to 5 p.m. Limiting patients, not seeing patients with cough or fever. Call before coming in.
- Thomas K. Lee, DDS next to 20/20 Vision across from Golden Marketing on Marine Corps Drive in Tamuning is open for limited operating hours 9 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday and seeing only dental emergencies. Call 969-8533 or 787-8533 to schedule an appointment. Regular business hours will resume when the Government mandated social distancing directive is lifted.
- Premier Dentistry is open for all procedures. Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Please call (671)300-3221 or (671)300-3222.
- Hafa Adai Family dental is open Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon for emergency dental care only. Office personnel will contact and reschedule routine appointments.
- Wise Owl Animal Hospital: Open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for medical cases only. All elective surgeries are canceled. All puppies are encouraged to continue their vaccines. All annual vaccinations are postponed. Most cases accepted in a drop-off basis from your car.
- Isla Veterinary Clinic: Open 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Closed daily from noon to 1 p.m. and closed Sundays. Supplies such as dog/cat food and flea and tick prevention for sale through the clinic.
- SuperDrug pharmacies remain open.
- United Family Medical Center: Open 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. Patients are encouraged to utilize Telehealth visits when scheduling appointments. All patients will be screened and temperatures be obtained prior to entering the clinic. Please call 645-8359/60 for assistance.
- Isla Veterinary Clinic is open. Call 477-7879 between 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. if you need more information products and services.
- GentleCare Dental is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. For scheduling on other days and times call 646-8858. The clinic will resume Tuesday and Thursday schedule starting May 12. The clinic accepts all dental emergencies.
- Post Office: Regular hours, all branches
- Department of Corrections: No visitation.
- The Department of Youth Affairs: Maintains essential operations. Visitation for juveniles in custody will continue but are limited to phone calls and mail only until further notice. Parents/guardians can call 735-5022 and will be connected to the appropriate dormitory.
- District Court of Guam: District Court of Guam: Restricted access. For telephonic access to hearings for the Bar and public, call 969-4510 for details. The U.S. Pretrial and Probation Office will be closed if you need assistance call 969-4600
- Libraries: Closed.
- The Mayor’s Council of Guam has suspended all village-sponsored events and activities until further notice.
- All senior centers are closed.
- Guam Regional Transit Authority: Both Paratransit and fixed route services continue normal operations at this time.
- Guam Solid Waste Authority: Trash pick-up will operate normally as scheduled with the exception of recycling, which will not be picked up. Transfer stations are ope.
- Mayors’ offices remain open.
- Guam Judicial Center in Hagåtña and Northern Court Satellite in Dededo, offices of Probation Services Division and Judicial Education Center are closed to the public. The court will hear some matters through video conference or telephonic appearance. All other Supreme Court and Superior Court matters are postponed.
- All local Social Security offices will be closed to the public for in-person service.
- The Notary Examination scheduled for Monday, March 30, 2020, will be postponed until further notice. For questions or concerns please email Pauline Untalan at puntalan@oagguam.org.
- The Department of Revenue and Taxation will remain closed.
- The Contractors License Board 2021 License Renewal Application deadline has been moved from June 30 to Aug. 31. There will be no late fees applied until Sept. 1. You may visit www.clb.guam.gov to print out the 2021 License Renewal Application.
- The Guam Hotel and Restaurant Association: Office will be closed. All GHRA meetings are canceled until further notice.
- Guam Museum and the CHamoru Village: CHamoru Village merchants and Wednesday night vendors are not to operate.
- Narcotics Anonymous: Meetings on Guam have been postponed until further notice. Online meetings are still being held.
- The Guam Running Club canceled all upcoming races, including the GRC Marathon, GRC Perimeter Relay, and community hosted races 5K or 2K.
- The John F. Kennedy High School reunion events are canceled.
- University of Guam has canceled all sports.
- War in the Pacific National Park visitor center is closed.
- Guam National Wildlife Refuge–Ritidian Beach Unit closed.
- GATE Theatre Spring Production for 2020, in conjunction with Father Duenas Memorial School, “Little Shop of Horrors,” is postponed until further notice.
- Pacific Islands Small Business Development Center Network/Guam is open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Visit the website at www.pacificsbdc.com, call 735-2590, or email sbdc@pacificsbdc.com.
- Conwood Products, Inc. has returned to regular hours, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, effective May 11.
- Guam Windward Memorial
- Guam Power Authority and Guam Waterworks customer lobbies at are closed for in-person transactions. Customer service representatives will be available by phone to respond to service inquires. Pay-by-phone services will be available from 8 a.m. through 5 p.m. for GPA at (671) 647-5787 and for 24 hours a day for GWA at 647-4729. Customers can email at customersfirst@gpagwa.com. Disconnections for power and water are suspended through March 31. GPA and GWA customers, particularly those unable to use the utility’s online payment options, can conveniently make cash, check and credit card payments at the GWA Upper Tumon Customer Service Center drive-thru window. This service will be available Monday through Friday, from 8:30 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.
- IT&E: Stores remain open with strict sanitization and hand-washing procedures in place. Associates are available to help via phone at 922-4483. Phone purchases and bill payments can be made online at www.ite.net.
- GTA: Same day repair and next day install should any network events impact services at home and work. Stores and call center will remain open with some schedule adjustments.
- Docomo Pacific: Tamuning retail store is open by appointment only. Call 688-CARE to book your appointment. Available hours: Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. From 8 to 9 a.m. Monday through Friday dedicated to manåmko’, customers with disabilities, and those with weakened immune systems. A drive-thru will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Friday; Cash payments are preferred; however, checks filled out ahead of time will be accepted. The entrance to the drive-thru is located at the parking lot located behind our HQ building. Signs have been placed to direct you to enter at the intersection by the former pizza hut, take a right on E Segundo Leon Guerrero Street and follow the additional signage to the payment area. Customers wanting to make card payments may do so either over the phone 688-2273 or online via self-care at www.docomopacific.com.

- Pacific Daily News: Our Harmon lobby is closed, and we ask our customers to use our Hagåtña lobby for transactions. Please call 472-1PDN, 479-0219, 479-0294 or 479-0295 for assistance. We are encouraging our customers to either call prior to going to our Hagåtña location or to make their payments on guampdn.com. If you need assistance in doing that, please call.
- Pay-Less Markets: Adjusted hours are 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Elderly have a designated shopping time from 5 to 6 a.m.. at the Dededo, Maite and Sumay Pay-Less stores. Social distancing and
- Coast360: All branches are open.
- Bank of Guam: Hagåtña and Andersen Air Force Base branches remain open from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., Monday through Friday, only. Effective April 15, Tumon Branch drive-thru window will be open 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tumon transactions limited to check cashing, deposits and withdrawals and Bank of Guam loan and credit card payments.
- BankPacific: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. The bank will also be temporarily closed on Saturdays.
- Bank of Hawaii: Hagatna and Harmon branches, manåmko’ hour 9 to 10 a.m. Monday through Saturday, regular hours 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
- First Hawaiian Bank: All three branches are open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Closed on Saturday and Sunday. Drive-up tellers will be open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday. Closed on Saturday and Sunday
- First Commercial Bank: 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Personal Finance Center: PFC Tamuning Center operating hours are from 9:30 am to 1:30 p.m. Drive-thru and appointment only service will be available. Please call 647-6820 for more information. Dededo Center remains closed at this time, until further notice. Insurance services by phone 647-6803, and email only at pfchq@pfcguam.com
- Philippine National Bank: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Community First: Effective April 13 in-branch teller lobby services will be restored at the Tamuning and Dededo Member Service Centers only from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday to Friday. Manamko’ and members with disabilities will have 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. reserved. From 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. will be open to all other members. Drive-thru services will be available from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Face masks will be mandatory to enter and social distancing policies will be strictly enforced. Handwashing stations will be made avaiable to members prior to entry into the service centers. Face-to-face lobby services at all member service centers will be closed until further notice. Tamuning Member Service Center will have drive-thru operations and Hagåtña Member Service Center drive-thru operations will be closed until further notice.
- Benson’s: Benson reopened, Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Conwood Products, Inc. has returned to regular hours as of May 11 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
- Tax Pros: All clients need to wear a face mask before entering, must maintain 6 ft. distance from any person, clients must refrain from visiting our office if symptoms of cough, runny nose, fever, difficulty of breathing, or sore throat. - USO Tumon Bay and USO Andersen Centers have suspended operations.
- U.S. Naval Hospital Guam implemented temporary visitor restrictions. Visiting in all patient care areas throughout hospital is prohibited. Patients who are minors in emergency department or clinic require one guardian. One visitor per laboring mother. One parent, guardian or caretaker for a child admitted under 12 years old. Visiting deceased patients is limited to one hour and only two identified people.
- AAFES Gas Express and Shoppette, located at the Guam National Guard’s Readiness Center in Barrigada: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays and 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays.
